Instructions
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then crumble into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and onion, and sauté until soft.
- Stir in curry powder and tofu, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add nutritional yeast and spinach, stir until spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and adjust seasoning as needed.
