Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Drain the tofu by breaking it into bite-size pieces and letting it sit on paper towels for 15 minutes.
- Mix the water, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat, then add the onion and red bell pepper, cooking until tender.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the spinach, cooking until wilted.
- Pat the tofu pieces dry and add them to the skillet, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the tofu and veggies, stirring gently to coat.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and season with extra salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve warm, topped with avocado and Everything Bagel Seasoning.
