Ingredients

The salmon

  • 4 6-oz Salmon fillets

The seasoning and glaze

  • ¾ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Honey Substitute
  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Ground ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the broil setting.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the keto honey, coconut aminos, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  4. Add the salmon to the bowl and coat it in the glaze. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, up to 1 hour.
  5. Place the salmon in a baking dish, leaving space between the fillets, and brush any leftover glaze on top.
  6. Broil the salmon about 6 inches from the heating element for 10-12 minutes until it flakes easily.
