Instructions
- Pat dry the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Rub lemon juice over each fillet.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place salmon fillets in the pan, flesh side down, and sear for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add butter, garlic, and parsley to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve the salmon drizzled with pan juices.
