Instructions
- Prepare the zucchini noodles by placing them on paper towels, sprinkling with salt, and letting them sit for 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil, shrimp, and minced garlic. Cook shrimp until bright pink, about 1-2 minutes per side, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter, cream cheese, Parmesan, heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts.
- Add the shrimp and zucchini noodles to the skillet, stirring to coat. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the zucchini softens.
