Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spiralize the zucchini.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, wine, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- On a sheet pan lined with foil, arrange the zucchini, red bell pepper strips, tomatoes, green onions, olives, feta cheese, and shrimp.
- Drizzle the shrimp mixture over the arranged ingredients and cover the pan with another piece of foil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the shrimp is pink and the vegetables are tender.
- Allow to cool before serving.
