Easy Seasoned All Purpose Roasted Potatoes

Avocado Oil or other high heat oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Drizzle half of the oil onto a large sheet pan and sprinkle half of the seasonings.
- Add the diced potatoes, onions, and peppers to the pan and toss to coat with the oil and seasonings.
- Drizzle the remaining oil and seasonings over the vegetables and toss again.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and cook for another 20 minutes, checking for doneness.
