Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of blueberries, maple syrup, water, lemon juice, and vanilla in a small saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the remaining 1 cup of blueberries and cook for an additional 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool to thicken.
