Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the almond meal, quinoa flakes, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs (or flax eggs), almond butter, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla until well combined.
- 4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well, then fold in the raisins.
- 5. Use a tablespoon to drop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown, then let sit for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
