Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and baking soda.
- In a stand mixer, cream the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix in the applesauce until combined.
- Stir in the raisins.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in the oats, quinoa, and chocolate chips.
- Spoon tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the cookies are just set.
- Remove from the baking sheet and cool on a wire rack.
