Instructions
- Combine cinnamon sticks, apple slices, and orange slices in a large pitcher.
- Add red wine, apple cider, brandy, orange juice, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- For a cinnamon-sugar rim, mix sugar and cinnamon, moisten the rim of glasses, and dip in the mixture.
- Serve the sangria with a splash of club soda and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
