Ingredients

Fruits and Spices

  • 2 pieces cinnamon sticks
  • 2 medium apples (thinly sliced, preferably Honeycrisp)
  • 1 medium pear (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium orange (thinly sliced)
  • cup pomegranate seeds

Liquids

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle white wine (suggested: Pinot Grigio)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • ½ cup brandy
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • to taste club soda (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cinnamon sticks and sliced fruits in a large pitcher.
  2. Add the white wine, apple cider, brandy, orange juice, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 3 to 24 hours, with 6-8 hours being optimal.
  4. Pour the sangria into glasses and add a splash of club soda before serving.
  5. Garnish with an additional cinnamon stick if desired.
