Apple Pear Cinnamon Fall Sangria

Instructions
- Combine the sliced fruits, cinnamon sticks, and honey in a large sealable glass container.
- Pour in the white wine and apple brandy, then mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, up to 72 hours.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and pour into a glass filled with finely crushed ice.
- Top with a splash of club soda and stir gently with a cinnamon stick.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and thin apple slices.
