Instructions
- Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Process the flour mixture with cold butter in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add maple syrup and cold water, processing until the dough forms a ball, adding more water if necessary.
- Divide the dough into two balls, flatten into discs, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Place the crust in a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it into the dish and trimming excess crust.
- Bake according to the recipe you are using.
