Instructions
- Combine the sugar, sifted cocoa powder, and salt in the slow cooker.
- Add the soy milk and coconut milk, then add the vanilla extract.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously for at least 3 minutes until fully combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring halfway through if desired.
- Stir again before serving, ensuring any cocoa at the edges is mixed back in.
