Instructions
- Add all ingredients except toppings to a slow cooker.
- Whisk to combine thoroughly.
- Cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours or on HIGH for 45 minutes to 1 hour, whisking occasionally.
- Once hot and chocolate is melted, serve immediately with toppings of choice.
