The dressing

Homemade Caesar Dressing
Instructions
Massage the torn kale with a pinch of salt for 3-4 minutes until it turns a darker green and softens.
Prepare the Caesar dressing in a food processor and set aside.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add grape seed oil, and sauté the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken from the pan, slice it, and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the massaged kale, parmesan cheese, pepitas, and sliced chicken. Serve with the Caesar dressing on the side.
