Instructions
- Whisk together lemon juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, and salt in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, add chopped kale and 1 tbsp of olive oil, then massage the kale for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add shredded chicken, cabbage, red onion, parmesan, almonds, and the dressing to the bowl. Combine well and serve.
