Kale Chicken Caesar Wraps

Instructions
- Remove the stems from the kale and chop the leaves into thin strips.
- Rinse the chopped kale in cool water and drain well.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then shred the carrots.
- Chop the rotisserie chicken into small pieces.
- Combine the kale, chickpeas, carrots, chicken, and Parmesan in a bowl.
- Add the Caesar dressing and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Place a heaping cup of the mixture in the center of a tortilla, add pepper if desired, and roll it up like a burrito.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a day.
