Instructions
- Combine all seasonings and set aside.
- Cut the onion into wedges.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- In a pan, bring the seasoning to a simmer.
- Add the onion and chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is done.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the chicken and onions.
- Cover and let the residual heat cook the eggs.
- Serve over bowls of rice and garnish with green onions.
