Instructions
- Add chicken broth and water to the slow cooker, then add the potatoes to prevent browning.

- Drain the potatoes and mash them in the slow cooker or use a ricer for a smoother texture.
- Stir in the warmed butter and half and half, adjusting seasoning as needed, and serve warm.
