Steamed Clams with Fresh Basil

Instructions
- Heat a large pot on high heat and add olive oil.
- Once hot, add garlic and cook until golden.
- Add butter, white wine, water, and clams, then cover tightly and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the shells open, avoiding overcooking.
- Transfer clams to a bowl with a slotted spoon and strain the liquid over them.
- Top with fresh herbs and serve with crusty bread.
