Grilled Tomato, Fig and Prosciutto Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Divide the pizza dough into 2 balls and roll out into circles on a floured surface.
- Rub the rolled out dough with olive oil and transfer to the grill.
- Grill the dough for 2-3 minutes until lightly charred, then flip it over.
- Drizzle the flipped dough with more olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Add chopped basil, then sprinkle cheddar and blue cheese evenly over the dough.
- Cover the grill and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the grill and layer fresh tomatoes over the cheese, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
- Top with prosciutto, figs, arugula, and basil, then drizzle with honey and balsamic.
