20-Minute Seafood Boil

The seasonings

Old Bay seasoning

The sauce and garnish

seafood boil sauce

lemons, quartered
Instructions
- Add 6 quarts of water to a large pot with bay leaves, salt, peppercorns, and Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Add the potatoes and cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Add the sausage, clams, and onions, and boil for 5 more minutes.
- Add the corn and continue boiling until the potatoes are tender.
- Add the shrimp and simmer until no longer pink.
- Drain everything and transfer to a large serving dish.
- Dust with more Old Bay seasoning and drizzle with seafood boil sauce. Decorate with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
