BBQ Mushroom Pizza

extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F and prepare the mushrooms with olive oil.
- Coat a cast-iron skillet with olive oil and stretch the pizza dough to fill the pan.
- Pre-bake the crust for about 5 minutes until it starts to set.
- Spread barbecue sauce over the crust and top with mozzarella, Gouda, red onion, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the pizza for 16-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Broil the pizza for about 2 minutes until the mushrooms are crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle with more barbecue sauce and top with red pepper flakes and cilantro.
