Healthy Coconut Milk Eggnog Steamers

Instructions
- Blend the coconut milk, egg yolk, honey, vanilla, and spices until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a small pot and whisk on medium heat for about 10 minutes until it thickens, avoiding boiling.
- In a separate bowl, heat the coconut cream for about 30 seconds until warm.
- Add egg whites and sugar to the warm cream and beat until foamy peaks form.
- Blend the eggnog mixture again until slightly frothy.
- Pour 1 cup of the eggnog into each glass, adding 1-2 tablespoons of rum if desired.
- Top each glass with coconut cream foam and any optional toppings.
- Serve hot.
