Ingredients

The base

  • 3 cups lite coconut milk
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ¼-½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

The seasonings

  • 1 ½ teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon cloves

To serve (optional)

  • to taste Dairy Free Whipped Cream
  • to taste brandy or rum

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth.
  2. Chill in the fridge or serve over ice.
  3. Add brandy or rum if desired.
  4. Serve!
