Instructions
- Soak the almonds overnight.
- Discard the soaking water and rinse the almonds until the water is clear.
- Blend the soaked almonds with 4 cups of water on high speed for 90 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discarding the solids.
- Transfer the almond milk to a 2-quart mason jar.
- Add vanilla, agave, yacon syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves, then shake well.
- Refrigerate until cold and serve.
