Easy Vegan Eggnog

Instructions
- Optional: Soak nuts overnight in cool water or cover with hot water for 1 hour, then drain and rinse.
- In a high-speed blender, add dairy-free milk, coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and optional cardamom.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Adjust flavor with more spices or syrup as needed.
- Serve cold, over ice, or warm. Optionally add bourbon per serving.
- Store leftovers in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
