Creamy Vegan Eggnog

The base

bourbon or rum (per serving)

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Taste and adjust spices and sweetness as needed.
- Transfer to a large glass jar and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
- For a boozy option, add 1 ounce of bourbon per cup of eggnog.
- Enjoy chilled, over ice, or warm.
