Instructions
- 1. Beat the heavy cream in a medium bowl until soft peaks form and set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sweetener until fluffy, then mix in the lemon juice and vanilla.
- 3. Add half of the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture while beating at low speed until just combined.
- 4. Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream until uniform.
- 5. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- 6. Serve in small containers, optionally topping with more strawberries.
