Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a shallow dish, mix almond flour, tapioca flour, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Whisk the eggs with the nut or coconut milk in a separate bowl.
- 4. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- 5. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
- 6. Dredge the egg-coated chicken tender in the flour mixture, pressing down to coat well.
- 7. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 9 minutes, then flip the tenders and bake for another 9 minutes.
- 9. Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
