Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and pat dry the chicken.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg, letting excess drip off, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Press the chicken down to ensure it is fully coated, then place on the baking sheet.
- Once all tenders are coated, sprinkle a bit more flour mixture on top.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 160°F.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
