whisked eggs (can substitute nut milk or coconut milk)
The frying oil
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a shallow dish and whisk together.
- Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip the chicken tenders in the eggs to coat, then dredge in the flour mixture.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sauce and side.
