Ingredients

  • cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ½ lemon juiced (approximately 2 tablespoons)
  • 2 teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend or pulse until smooth and creamy, leaving a hint of texture.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  4. Serve with crudités, smashed Brussels sprouts, or warm pita bread.
