Instructions
- Mix tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, mozzarella, garlic, and basil in a bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Salt the mixture to taste.
- Cut the bread into small pieces and add it to the bowl, mixing well.
- Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and mix again before serving.
