Orange Beef Stir Fry

trimmed boneless sirloin ribeye or flank steak, cut into ½-inch-thick strips

Instructions
- Grate the zest from 1 orange and squeeze the juice from 2 oranges into a small bowl.
- Add minced garlic and soy sauce to the bowl.
- Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water and add it to the bowl.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat.
- Brown the beef in batches for 3 to 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper, then transfer to a plate.
- Pour the juice mixture into the skillet and boil until syrupy, about 1 minute.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add orange segments and green onions, and toss until coated and heated through.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice.
