Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a pie pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and sea salt, then add melted coconut oil and beaten egg until combined.
- Press the dough into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, combine all filling ingredients, adding the eggs last, and transfer to the crust.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the center is firm.
