Easy Crustless Spinach and Feta Pie

The batter

white whole wheat flour

baking powder

fat free milk

eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Lightly spray a pie dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, scallions, dill, parsley, and feta cheese, then spoon this mixture into the pie dish.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the flour mixture and blend well.
- Pour the batter into the pie dish over the spinach mixture.
- Bake for 28 to 33 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it stand for at least 5 minutes before serving, then cut into 6 slices.
