Instructions
- Add the carrots, orange zest, orange juice, salt, butter, nutmeg, and maple syrup to the Instant Pot and stir well.
- Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select the Pressure Cook/Manual setting and set the time to 3 minutes at high pressure.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, perform a Quick Release by turning the steam release knob to the Venting position.
- When the pressure has released, open the lid carefully.
- Stir in the maple flavoring and brown sugar.
- Turn on the Sauté setting, and when the liquid simmers, stir in the corn starch slurry until thickened.
- Turn off the Instant Pot and serve the carrots immediately with the glaze.
