Instructions
- Peel and chop the carrots into 1 ½-inch chunks.
- Melt the butter and pour it into the slow cooker.
- Add honey, orange zest, and salt to the butter, then stir to combine.
- Add the carrots to the slow cooker and stir to coat them with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours until tender, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
