Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Cook for 2-4 hours on High or 4-6 hours on Low.
- Gently pierce the carrots with a fork or knife to check for tenderness.
- Once done, the carrots should be tender but not mushy.
- Cool before serving.
