Slow Cooker Glazed Carrots

The glaze

butter, melted

brown sugar

cinnamon

chopped parsley
Instructions
- Place the sliced carrots in a slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or until the carrots are tender.
- If desired, to thicken the glaze, remove the cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
