Easy Slow Cooker Carrots

Instructions
- Peel and slice the carrots into ½” thick rounds.
- Transfer the sliced carrots into the slow cooker.
- Pour the melted butter over the carrots and sprinkle the brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on top.
- Stir the mixture until the carrots are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 ½ to 2 hours or on low for 2 ½ to 3 hours until the carrots are softened.
- Optional: Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
