Instructions
- Make the dough by warming milk and butter, then mixing with flour, sugar, egg, yeast, and salt.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
- Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll out the dough and spread with butter and the cinnamon mixture.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into 18 slices.
- Place the rolls in greased baking dishes and let them rise again until nearly doubled.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls until golden brown.
- Cool the rolls slightly before making the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla.
- Spread the glaze over the warm rolls and serve.
