The vinaigrette

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, and ¼ teaspoon of coarse salt to make the vinaigrette.
- In a shallow serving dish, layer the salad starting with arugula.
- Add cubed watermelon, followed by sliced cucumber and sprinkle with remaining salt.
- Add cubed avocado and feta on top.
- Drizzle with the vinaigrette just before serving.
- Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes, and garnish with fresh dill.
