Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

- Pour portions of the batter onto the skillet, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Repeat until all the batter is used, then serve warm.
