Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth, then let the batter sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat a greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour portions of the batter onto the skillet, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Repeat until all the batter is used, then serve warm.
