Homemade Cinnamon Roll Pull Apart Bread

The glaze

Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it become frothy.
- In a stand mixer, combine the milk, sugar, salt, eggs, and 2 cups of flour; mix until smooth.
- Add 3 more cups of flour and mix until the dough is glossy, then stir in melted butter.
- Add remaining flour until a stiff dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface, coat lightly with flour, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Knead the dough until smooth and place it in a greased bowl; cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll each into a rectangle.
- Spread butter on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and roll into logs.
- Place the logs seam side down on a baking sheet and cut diagonal slices.
- Let the loaves rise for 20 minutes, then preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brush the loaves with beaten egg and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, then pour over the loaves.
