Instructions
- Combine pecans, collagen peptides, dates, vanilla, and sea salt in a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles coarse sand and sticks together.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a few drops of water; if too sticky, add more pecans or collagen.
- Roll the mixture into 12 balls, each about 1 tablespoon in size, and place them on a plate.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each truffle and sprinkle with additional sea salt and chopped pecans if desired.
- Allow the chocolate to harden before storing the truffles in a lidded container.
