Instructions
- Soak the soba noodles in water for 15 minutes.
- Boil 12 cups of water in a large pot and add the vegetable oil.
- Remove the noodles from the soaking water and add them to the boiling water.
- Cook the noodles for 3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and drain the cooking water.
- Wash the cooked noodles under running water.
